In March 2022, NALSAR announced plans to become gender neutral. She created gender-neutral spaces in her hostels and washrooms. Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition at Oxford University. [21] The NALSAR Intervarsity Debating Championship is the pioneer of the British parliamentary debate format in India. The idea of NALSAR IV was born to introduce the British parliamentary debate format into the national debate circle and create a preparatory venue for the WUDC (World Universities Debating Championship), the most prestigious debate championship in the world. Therefore, NALSAR IV aims to expose debaters to the most competitive standards of jurisprudence. The NALSAR IV has now earned the name of being one of the most prestigious debate championships in India. [27] In 2014, Nalsar won the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court in Vienna.

[22] DoMS is unique among Indian B schools in that it seeks to enrich graduates` legal foundations with a working knowledge of business practices and to educate those seeking a career in management on the legal requirements for business processes. NALSAR`s five-year Integrated Management Program (IPM) is a unique program for passionate young minds who wish to pursue a career in business management. It is designed as a comprehensive management program for students after Year XII. Students would receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NALSAR upon successful completion of five years of the program. In a supportive learning environment, NALSAR promises to offer the best of management training embedded in the law to produce legally conscious managers with essential problem-solving skills and competencies to create highly dynamic business scenarios with the best Faculty. The IPM programme promises an ongoing dialogue with business leaders, opinion leaders, civil society actors and academics to create a solid foundation for future managers. NALSAR Pro offers PG degree courses in patent law, cyber laws, media laws and international humanitarian laws using web technology and direct contact programs in various centers in India. [10] CASL offers a PG Diploma in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management (PGDALATM); PG Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing Laws (PGDGRL). Similarly, CASL[9] introduced innovative courses in aerospace, telecommunications, GIS and remote sensing.

The goal is to respond to the unprecedented growth and commercialization of the aerospace and telecommunications sectors. CASL`s initiative aims to institutionalize a partnership between academia and industry in these sectors – a first of its kind, not only in India, but perhaps throughout the Asia-Pacific region. It offers the following two degrees: Master in Aviation Law and Air Traffic Management (MALATM) and a Master in Space and Telecommunications Law (MSTL). At the 2006 Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Nalsar was voted one of the top eight teams in the world at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. In 2010, the Nalsar team finished semi-finalist in the Jessup International Law Moot Competition. [17] Nalsar students have excelled both nationally and internationally. NALSAR offers a one-year LL.M. postgraduate program. 50 students will be admitted via CLAT, ten additional places will be allocated to foreigners.

A dozen areas of specialization are offered, and program requirements include a thesis. [5] In addition to a one-year Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.), which is open to candidates with an LL.M., the university also offers a self-funded two-year (four-semester) Master`s degree program in Business Law and Administration (MBLA). [6] and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). [7] As the first among India`s national law universities, NALSAR also offers a two-year MBA program starting in the academic year 2013-14. [8] The law school covers 55 acres (22 hectares) divided into five districts. The first is the administrative block adjacent to the academic block. The academic block includes classrooms, conference rooms, library, internet center, moot court and research centers. The building consists of five separate dormitories for boys and girls. The entire campus is compatible with the WiFi network.

NALSAR won India`s longest-running parliamentary debate at St. Stephens College in Delhi in December 2005. This was followed by victories in the annual parliamentary debate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in January 2007 and 2009, the debate at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, in February 2007 and the Secunderabad Young Speakers Club in 2008. [24] NALSAR further strengthened its reputation on the debate track by winning the first IIM Bangalore Parliamentary Debating Championship “Cicero” in January 2009.
