Idaho`s latest “Stay Healthy Guidelines,” dated May 11, recommend that employers determine how masks and other protective equipment may be “required” in their offices. Boise, Idaho`s capital and largest city, dropped its requirement to wear a mask in May, as did several other lawyers. Gov. Brad Little signed an executive order on May 28 restoring the power of local governments to adopt their own rules on masks, overturning a decision by Lieutenant Governor Janice McGeachin to eliminate that local control in an order she issued while Little was attending an out-of-state conference.
