The Organizer of a family (“Organizer”) must be at least 18 years of age (or an equivalent age of majority in your country) and be the parent or guardian of a family member under the age of 13 or another legal minimum age in their country of residence (as specified in the registration process). Apple devices must have access to all the features of Family Sharing. With Family Sharing, you can share eligible subscriptions with up to six family members. For more information about Family Sharing, see: support.apple.com/HT201060 You can add, notify, or remove a legacy contact for your Apple ID, as described in the support.apple.com/HT212360-Seite. An older contact`s access to your Apple ID is limited, as described on the support.apple.com/HT212361 page. Your Apple VPP ID (as opposed to your password, which you should not share with anyone) is used by content providers to verify your account for personalized content distribution through the VPP service. For more information, see (www.apple.com/business/vpp). Your use of our Services is subject to Apple`s Privacy Policy, available at www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. For Apple VPP ID purchases, iTunes may provide you with content codes for the quantity specified at the time of purchase, each of which (i) can be used in the App Store against a specific App Store product purchased; or (ii) in the iBooks Store for a specific iBooks Store product purchased.

Content codes will be provided to you electronically via email when you make your purchase, and these content codes will immediately become active for use by your authorized end users and will not expire, subject to availability. You and/or your Authorized End Users may only use the Content Code in accordance with the Terms. Any content code for an App Store product must be used against an iTunes account owned and controlled by your organization or one of your authorized end users. Each content code in an iBooks Store product must be used against an account owned or controlled by the authorized end user. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE OWNER OF THE EXCHANGE ITUNES ACCOUNT (i) FOR AN APP STORE PRODUCT, THE LICENSEE WILL BECOME THAT COPY OF THE PRODUCT; AND (ii) FOR AN IBOOKS STORE PRODUCT, THE OWNER OF SUCH COPY OF THE PRODUCT AND IS ENTITLED TO ALL RIGHTS THEREIN. THESE LICENSES OR PRODUCTS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. You may be able to re-download previously purchased content to your signed-in devices with the same Apple ID (“Linked Devices”). You can view the types of content available for download again in your home country under support.apple.com/HT204632.

Content may not be available for re-download if such content is no longer available on our Services. Ask to buy: Ask to buy is a feature that allows an organizer to approve transactions initiated by a family member under the age of 18 (or the equivalent age of majority in your home country). Content shared by family members or purchased through content codes is generally not subject to purchase requisition. Content codes that facilitate access to subscriptions are subject to purchase request. The Organizer must be a parent or guardian of a family member for whom Ask to Buy is activated. Ask to Buy is enabled by default for all family members under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in their home country) and will remain in place until they are disabled by their parents or guardians. If the purchase requisition is deactivated after the family member reaches the age of 18, it cannot be activated. The purchase requisition does not need to have purchase sharing enabled. J. Digital Legacy. Digital Legacy allows you to add one or more contacts to access and download certain data from your account after your death.

If your specified contacts provide Apple with proof of death and have the required key, they will automatically have access to certain account information and the activation lock will be removed from all your devices. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep your Digital Legacy contacts up to date.
